It doesn’t seem long since the last Jazz Church gathering but the next one is just round the corner! Last time it was great to welcome Anthony Reddie who spoke on “A Love Supreme” challenging us to push the boundaries of worship in new and risky ways. The large attendance made logistics and sound a bit tricky but hopefully those things will be sorted out for our next gathering on 10th April when Jayne Webb will be speaking on the theme of “Slow Blues”.

The open planning meeting on Monday 14th March (8pm, Shirley Methodist Church) is open to anyone interested in contributing some ideas and helping to shape the gathering on 10th April. We can confirm that the Jazz Church band will be back, and the service will include some media and a chance to respond to the message.
