We have just got back from Greenbelt 2011 at Cheltenham Racecourse where Jazz Church lead worship in a venue which was bursting at the seams with interested festival goers! Unfortunately there were still 200 disappointed people waiting outside as the service begun!

The short worship was mainly congregational singing punctuated with some Bible readings and some jazz music. While the band continued to improvise, Themba read a short message encouraging people to be creative improvisers around the vision of new creation is Revelation 21, allowing that text to shape their everyday lives. We also got a write-up in the festival paper!
